The Vivo V30e was launched in India on Thursday, May 2. The new Vivo V30 series handset is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC and is water and dust resistant, with an IP64 rating. The Vivo V30e 5G is an upgrade over last year’s Vivo V29e, and it features a 50-megapixel front camera. It features a 5,500mAh battery and 44W charging support. The Vivo V30e comes preloaded with Android 14-based Funtouch OS 14 and is set to receive three generations of Android updates.

Vivo V30e Price in India and Availability
The Vivo V30e starts at Rs. 27,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB variant and Rs. 29,999 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB variant. The phone comes in two colors: Silk Blue and Velvet Red. It will be available for purchase beginning May 9 via Vivo’s India e-store, Flipkart, and partner retail stores.

Buyers can get a 10% discount on purchases made with ICICI, SBI, IndusInd, IDFC, and other banks. Customers of HDFC and SBI banks can receive a flat 10% instant discount.

Vivo V30e Specifications :
The Vivo V30e, a dual SIM (nano) device, runs FuntouchOS 14, which is based on Android 14. Vivo has committed to providing three generations of Android updates and four years of security updates for the new phone. It has a 6.78-inch full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,400 pixel) 3D curved display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, peak brightness of 1,300 nits, and a screen-to-body ratio of 93.3 percent. It is powered by a 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC with 8GB of memory. The onboard RAM can be virtually expanded to 16GB.

The Vivo V30e has a dual rear camera system that includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. There is also an Aura LED flash unit in the back. The phone’s front-facing camera is 50-megapixel. Both the front and back cameras have 4K video recording capabilities. It has up to 256GB of built-in storage. The phone has an IP64 rating to protect it from splashes and dust.

The Vivo V30e supports 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and USB Type-C connections. The onboard sensors include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, proximity sensor, and gyroscope. There is also an on-screen fingerprint sensor for authentication.
